16 Mei 2024 - Dalam usaha berterusan untuk memberikan kefahaman mengenai perkhidmatan berkaitan Kawalan kemajuan dan industri Pembinaan amnya, Autoriti Kawalan Bangunan dan Industri Pembinaan, Kementerian Pembangunan mengadakan program Build Brunei Talk Series kali kedua bagi tahun 2024 bermula pada 20 Mei 2024 selama empat hari bertempat di Dewan Indera Pahlawan, ABCi dari jam 8.45 pagi sehingga 12:00 tengahari, yang dibukakan kepada orang ramai dan pihak-pihak berkepentingan industri pembinaan.
Program ini memberikan peluang kepada agensi-agensi kerajaan dan bukan kerajaan yang terlibat sama dalam proses pembinaan mahupun terlibat dalam industri Pembinaan untuk membentangkan keperluan-keperluan permohonan mahupun isu-isu semasa yang dihadapi oleh orang ramai, pemilik perniagaan mahupun syarikat-syarikat berkepentingan industri pembinaan. Ianya juga dihasratkan dapat mengeratkan kerjasama antara agensi kerajaan dan industry players serta memupuk semangat kerjasama, profesionalisme dan muhibbah dikalangan mereka.
Antaralain tema yang akan dibentangkan kali ini mengetengahkan keperluan-keperluan komersil, perkara yang perlu diambil kira bagi memulakan perniagaan, pembelian hartanah dan banyak lagi. Orang ramai juga boleh mendapatkan pencerahan mengenai maklumat proses permohonan yang diperlukan seperti kebenaran kemajuan, Kesiapan Kemajuan (OP) dan pendaftaran Lesen Pembina.

16 May 2024 - The Authority on Building Control and Construction Industry, Ministry of Development continues its annual socialisation this year with its second Build Brunei Talk Series 2024 which on 20 May 2024 for four days at Dewan Indera Pahlawan, ABCi from 8:45 am to 12:00 noon. It is open to the public and construction industry stakeholders in its effort to provide awareness and general understanding of services related to building control and construction industry.
This program provides an opportunity for government and non-government agencies involved in the development process or involved in the construction industry to share any current development issues, updates on processes and matters within the industry, faced by the public, business owners or companies. It is also expected to strengthen cooperation between government agencies and industry players as well as foster a spirit of cooperation, professionalism and goodwill amongst the construction industry.
For this second series, the topic highlighted include on development planning concentrating on commercial requirements, things to consider when starting a business, buying properties and many more. Public can also seek clarification on application submission requirements such as development approvals, Occupation Permit (OP) and Builders License registration.
